I do not know what these people are talking about. If you have a car/truck outside of manufacturers warranty you would be INSANE to go anywhere else! Ed and his team shhot straight. If your car needs a part or bolts to repair it they are not going to hodge podge something together to save you $20.... they'll do it right so you don't step over dollars to pick up pennies. Big thumbs up here!

Damn "check engine" light came on again! I would usually take the Highlander to a Toyota dealer but there wasn't one near work. After inquiring around the office, I was referred to these guys. They're less than a mile away from work, and have complimentary drop-off service. Bingo!I called them first to check if I dropped off the car during lunch time, could I get it back by end of business day. They said no problem.I get there, they took my information and was able to drop me back at work - the whole process took about 5 minutes.About an hour later I get a phone call from one of the service guys, explaining what the problem was. Thankfully it was nothing major. They fixed it and my car's ready to be picked up!They are not the cheapest - to run a diagnostic check on the car was $98 plus tax. If I remember correctly, that's about what the dealer charged me. What I liked about Jones was their professionalism and personalization. It's a family run business and it shows in the way they take care of their customers.

I have dealt with Jones for over 4 years, and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have a fleet of 15 service vehicles that I take there for everything as well as my personal vehicles. Sure from time to time I have to have a repeat visit to fix something, but they always make sure the problem is FIXED!! THEY DONT DO IT THE CHEAPEST WAY!. They aim to make that certain problem area like new. I would recommend them to anyone in that area of town. They are friendly, and they dont treat you like just a number, they remember your name. If you are looking for a cheap fix, or band aid dont look for it here. They fix your car to like new specs!

I've had my vehicle at jones auto several times, my wife thought they were an expensive shop so she took her car on two occasions to a franchise garage on a fairly extensive repair, on both occasions there wasn't twenty dollars difference between estimates. Yes Jones auto may charge for parts that other shops don't but if you investigate as we did you'll find it's going to be a safety issue being the reason for replacing certain parts. I drive in Houston traffic everyday and I'm gad to have a mechanic shop that cares about mine and my wife's safety when we are in our cars.

These guys have been caring for my 3 vehicles for more than 10 years. They get it right and on time, even with the less than usual types of vehicle. They stand behind their work too. Great at RV's . Fair prices, long term log of repairs are right in the computer, nice people. Wow!
